All of the Villas consist of one story construction,3 car garages, 1900 square feet or bigger, three bedroom and two full baths. All major doorways and master bath are handicap accessible. The Villa's front door is 8 feet tall with barreled entry to the living area and a very spacious kitchen and dining area. The ceilings are 10 feet tall throughout the main living area and 9 feet tall throughout the rest of the Villa.
The back atrium door is 12 feet wide and 8 feet tall with a beautiful view that opens to a large covered patio with a gas fire pit and overlooks a beautiful blue lake. All bedrooms are spacious, with large closets; the master bedroom is located in the back with views of the lake. Linear fireplace and entertainment center round out this wide open floor plan. The Villas are Energy star approved which means low utility bills; and are equipped with a security system with cameras that will keep you informed even if you're on vacation through your smart phone.
The extensive landscape with lush flowerbeds, green areas and shade trees will be maintained by the Eastlake Villa's Association. The dues for the Eastlake Villa's Association are $85.00 per month.
